KINGS GRANT PTA NEEDS YOU!!!!

The KGES Parent Teacher’s Association (PTA) is very thankful to have the support and help of many parents, teachers and staff via PTA memberships and help at the numerous activities throughout the year. In the 2012/2013 School Year those needs are as great as ever and we invite everyone, (parents, grandparents, teachers and staff to name a few), to show their continued support of our students and PTA . Below is a listing of some of the open committees and board positions that need your support for next year. Please contact me directly if you are interested in serving and/or chairing one of these committees or serving on the Executive Board.

FAMILY GAME NIGHT!

Who: KGES PTA
What: Family Game Night
When: Friday, March 30th
Time: 6:00-7:30 pm
Where: KGES Cafeteria

Pizza meals can be PER-ORDERED during lunches Tues., March 27, 28, and 29th for $10.00 and will include: One large pizza, drinks, dessert and 5 game cards.

Game cards will be sold during the event for 5/1.00 or .25 each.

There will be door prizes, game prizes, and tons of FUN, FUN, FUN!

January's VOM is Tom Brogan

January’s Volunteer of the Month is Tom Brogan.

Mr. Brogan’s granddaughter, Arayiah Bentz, is in Ms. Smith’s PM Kindergarten class.

Tom owns his own lawn care business and lives in the King’s Grant community.

Mr. Brogan was a huge help during the Fall Carnival, running last minute errands and volunteering to the very end.

We are so thankful for volunteers like you Tom!

December's VOM is Patti Jubell

December’s Volunteer of the Month is Patti Jubell!

Patti and her husband, Pete, have a daughter at King’s Grant. Their daughter, Alli, is in Mrs. Follante’s third grade class.

Mrs. Jubell works as an Event Planner and also volunteers as the troop leader for Alli’s Girl Scout troop.

Patti took on the tremendous task of chairing the KGES Fall Carnival this year and it was a wonderful success!

Over 20 vendors from various companies will be on hand to help check off items from your holiday shopping list. A portion of proceeds from all sales benefits KGES PTA and our students. Cash and Carry items will be available, plus order and ship direct from each vendor.

All online ordering closes 12/4 to allow delivery in time for the Holidays.

SANTA will be here to take pictures with the children.

FROSTY WONDERLAND SHOP will be open, one night only, for the children to purchase holiday gifts for their friends and families.
