PTA Procedures

King’s Grant Elem. PTA Board Standing Rules:

COMMUNICATION – ALL COMMUNICATION WITH STUDENTS AND/OR PARENTS MUST BE REVIEWED BY THE PRINCIPAL!ANY FLYERS THAT ARE SENT HOME WITH STUDENTS (3 step process):

1.  EMAIL copy for approval to current PTA president  AND Principal

2.  Principal gives to secretary for final editing, and she will email YOU with approved copy.

3.  Then you would print it (or secretary can print a copy for you) and you would use the copier in workroom #501.   Please make your copies on the peach paper located on the PTA shelves on the left.  *See Mrs. Saslowsky at the front desk if you have any questions about copier.

Who handles the calendar and planning of school events?
Mrs. Stronach Contact her directly if your committee plans any PTA sponsored event at school.
Newsletter Info:Here is the newsletter need-to-know: We send out newsletters in the months of October, November, December/January (combined), February, March, April, and May/June (combined). These newsletters are distributed in the Thursday folders the last Thursday of the month.
